- Nice clear interface and very easy to use
- A really cute secure messaging system with real people at the other end
- I’ve always had a 12-hour response time from these real people
- They let me off of £20 fee for going over my overdraft, ‘cos they’re nice
- You can change the text size so even if you’re partially sighted you can see the site just fine
- Very nice interest rates and cash back on the credit card
- Everything’s pink.
